Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
For Baking Tools & Cutlery:
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Express Delivery (Optional): 1–3 business days (extra charges apply).
For Perishable Bakery Products:
Dispatched via priority shipping to ensure freshness.
Delivery within 24–72 hours, depending on the city and availability of logistics.
3. Free Shipping is available for Non-Edible products only, as per the following conditions:
Within Maharashtra: Free shipping on edible product orders above ₹4,999
All Over India: Free shipping on edible product orders above ₹10,000
For Orders Below These Amounts or for Edible Products:
Standard Shipping: ₹80 –₹120 (based on weight & location)
Express Shipping (Optional): ₹150–₹250
4. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship across India.
Bakery items are shipped only to select cities to ensure quality and freshness. Please check availability at checkout or contact our support team.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
You can also track your order in the “My Orders” section of our website.
6. Delays & Unforeseen Issues
While we aim for timely delivery, delays can occur due to:

All products are packed securely to prevent damage.
Bakery items are packed with food-grade, hygienic materials.
8. Incomplete or Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:

Unreachable phone numbers
9. Damaged Deliveries
If you receive a damaged or tampered package:
Do not accept the parcel, or
Record a video/photo and report it to us within 24 hours.
