At Trending Product Villa, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

For Baking Tools & Cutlery:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.

For Perishable Bakery Products:

• Due to the nature of our bakery items (fresh and perishable), we do not accept returns unless:

  • The item was damaged during transit.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

• Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only allowed for baking tools and cutlery, not bakery food items.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Used products.

• Products without original packaging or tags.

• Customized or personalized products.

• Opened food items.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.

• For voluntary returns (not due to defect or error), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
