1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

For Baking Tools & Cutlery:

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.

For Perishable Bakery Products:

Due to the nature of our bakery items (fresh and perishable), we do not accept returns unless:

The item was damaged during transit.

The wrong item was delivered.

Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed for baking tools and cutlery, not bakery food items.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Used products.

Products without original packaging or tags.

Customized or personalized products.

Opened food items.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.

For voluntary returns (not due to defect or error), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
