1. Order Cancellation
For Baking Tools & Cutlery:

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been packed or shipped.

To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID.
For Perishable Bakery Products:

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our bakery products, cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed or under preparation.

If the order hasn’t been processed yet, reach out within 1 hour of placing the order.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Refund Policy
Eligible Refund Scenarios:

Cancelled orders (within the allowed time frame)

Order not delivered or lost in transit

Product received is:

Incorrect

Damaged (with photo/video proof shared within 24 hours)

Expired (for food items, must be reported within 24 hours)

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Change of mind after shipping

Perishable bakery items once prepared/dispatched

Incorrect address provided by customer

Delayed delivery due to natural or logistical issues beyond our control
4. Refund Process

Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically credited within 5–7 working days.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will request your bank details for a manual refund.
5. Partial Refunds
In rare cases, partial refunds may be issued for:

Orders with some missing items (amount for missing items only)

Products returned in non-original condition (based on assessment)
