We understand that sometimes plans change — and we’re here to make cancellations and refunds as simple and transparent as possible.


1. Order Cancellation

For Baking Tools & Cutlery:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been packed or shipped.

  • To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID.

For Perishable Bakery Products:

  • Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our bakery products, cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed or under preparation.

  • If the order hasn’t been processed yet, reach out within 1 hour of placing the order.

3. Refund Policy

Eligible Refund Scenarios:

  • Cancelled orders (within the allowed time frame)

  • Order not delivered or lost in transit

  • Product received is:

    • Incorrect

    • Damaged (with photo/video proof shared within 24 hours)

    • Expired (for food items, must be reported within 24 hours)

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • Change of mind after shipping

  • Perishable bakery items once prepared/dispatched

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Delayed delivery due to natural or logistical issues beyond our control


4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically credited within 5–7 working days.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will request your bank details for a manual refund.


5. Partial Refunds

In rare cases, partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Orders with some missing items (amount for missing items only)

  • Products returned in non-original condition (based on assessment)
