Instructions:

Patterned Side Scrapers create Textured Designs onto the Sides if Cakes Coated With Buttercream And Royal Icing.

Spread an Even Layer of Icing onto the Side of the Cake using a Palette Knife.

Choose the Patterned Scraper required and Hold it Firmly at an angle to the Cake Sides.

Draw the scrapers towards you in a Steady movement and Maintaining an even Pressure .

Tip: To Obtain the best finish it is advisable to place the cake onto a Turntable. This will enable the cake to make easily and create a smooth even Textured Designs.

NOTE: Tools Used with Food Products Should be kept Separate
